Warehousing and Material Handling

In collaboration with your team, our experts take part in harmonious development of the material handling and warehousing system. These fields require multidisciplinary experience.

  • Warehouse and handling studies
  • Handling vehicle selection and procurement
  • Bundle handling
  • Palletization
  • Sortation systems
  • Crane, monorail selection, procure and certification
  • Pallets, bags and boxes conveyor
  • Automated, carousel and shelving warehousing
  • Automated order picking system

Independent Commissioning

Monitoring the construction or production performance with the engineering group is another one of those potentional conflict-of-interest areas. In the absence of the owners or outside inspection team, it places the field organisation in the position of inspecting its own work. The client should keep that situation in mind when arriving at the choice of an independent commissioning team.

  • Production line simulation
  • Verification while designing
  • Technical specification documentation
  • Performance commissioning related to the initial specifications
  • Operational and maintenance manual verifications
  • Commissioning report

    Agile approach in loop:
  • Define requirements
  • Analysis
  • Development
  • Test
  • Operation WIP in backlog

Dynamic Programming & Technological development using Lean/Agile technique to deliver business value…

Lean/Agile approach is used for R&D or high-Tech projects with high changes rate or huge complexity, unknown or unclean requirements, or purposes difficult to describe.

  • The Loop is initiated with a project scope within an approved Charter, the core team shall work on the most important functionalities first, and then drop the Work in Process (WIP) in a backlog for the next sprint or stand-up or review.
  • A sprint consists of defining requirements for each functionality based on their importance, analyse them in order to start the design, then build the program, and test results with input from Stakeholder.
  • Once the functionalities are operational, the team pulls back features from the backlog based on its capacity to start over work on next priority, The team shall start over the Loop until Owner’s results is attained.
